At Nest and Buy, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across the United Arab Emirates.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all residential and business addresses across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not currently offer shipping or item delivery outside of the UAE.

2. Order Cutoff Time

  • Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (Local UAE Time / GST — Gulf Standard Time, GMT +4)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will begin processing the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

3. Handling Time (Order Processing)

  • Handling Time: 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during official UAE public holidays will begin processing on the following working business day.

4. Transit Time (Shipping Time After Dispatch)

  • Transit Time: 3–4 working days.

  • Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, our local courier partners will deliver it straight to your door.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days total (Handling Time + Transit Time).

  • Please note that while we make every effort to deliver on time, these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during high-demand peak seasons or major promotional events.

6. Shipping Costs

  • UAE Deliveries: We are proud to offer Free Shipping across all Emirates on all orders.

7. Order Tracking

Once your package has been carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number directly on the courier’s portal to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

8. Delivery Issues

Delays

While we consistently meet our delivery estimates, minor delivery delays may occasionally happen due to external factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather or seasonal road conditions.

  • Logistics courier disruptions or peak holiday volumes (e.g., Eid or national holidays).

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, or if the estimated delivery window has completely passed, please contact us at support@nestandbuy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a formal investigation with the courier network.

9. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and villa/apartment details are completely accurate at checkout. Nest and Buy cannot be held responsible for transit delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

10. Damaged Deliveries

We take pride in packaging your lifestyle items securely. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged from transit:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us clear photos/videos of the damaged outer packaging and the product itself.

  • We will quickly evaluate your request and arrange a swift replacement in accordance with our store rules.

11. Risk & Ownership

The structural risk of loss and full ownership of the products passes directly to you the moment the goods are successfully scanned and delivered to your specified delivery address by the courier.
